Shipping policy

Shipping Options & Delivery:

We offer a flat $7.95 shipping on all orders under $100. If your order exceeds $100, your shipping is FREE.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days after processing, often sooner.

If you need your items sooner, expedited shipping is available for a flat rate of $12. If your order is over $100 and you need expedited shipping, the free shipping does NOT apply and you will be charged the $12 shipping. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside of the U.S. and would like EmClaire Lane pieces shipped to you, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us an email support@emclairelane.com so we can explore international options in the future.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once your order is scanned by the carrier, it’s officially on its way to you. Even though it may be out of our hands, it’s not out of our hearts. While we can’t be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after that point, we never want you to feel stuck. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us at support@emclairelane.com and we will do everything we can to help you locate your order and find a solution.
