RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please make sure your items meet our Return Conditions below, then head to our Return Portal HERE.

If you purchased Return Coverage at checkout, your return shipping is on us, yay! If not, return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

We use Redo Returns to make your return process fast and stress-free.

You choose what works best for YOU:

Option 1: Store Credit 

Return your item for store credit so you can shop again whenever you wish.

Option 2: Refund to Original Payment

Prefer a refund? No problem. You'll receive the original amount back to your card. If you did not purchase return coverage, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Either way, the process is simple. Just start your return through our Redo portal, pick your option, and you’re good to go. 

***IMPORTANT: Returns are delivered to our UPS mailbox, so please do not hand-deliver packages to the UPS Store directly. Packages must be mailed using the return label provided.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit in the form of a gift card within 5 business days. You will receive communication through email once this has been completed.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

Please note that these conditions are to protect you and every customer.

Eligible Items Must Be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags still attached
- Returned within your 30-day window

Not Eligible for Return (and why):
Clearance/final sale items: Priced at their best for you, but always final.
Jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits: For hygiene reasons, these are yours to keep.
Gift cards: They never expire, so you can shop whenever you’re ready!
Items with stains, odors, deodorant marks, or visible wear: This protects you by ensuring every customer receives brand-new pieces.

We’re here to make sure you always feel confident shopping with us, so returns are simple, seamless, and stress-free.

 

Our Policy on Non-Eligible Returns:
If a return is received that does not meet our Return Conditions, we will notify you by email. You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If return shipping is not arranged within 14 days, the item will be considered forfeited and will be donated to a local women’s shelter. No store credit will be issued for ineligible returns.

We are a small business with limited quantities, so we kindly ask that you refrain from ordering multiple sizes to try on and return. We are more than happy to help you find your best fit prior to purchasing.
