SHIPPING & ORDERS

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside of the U.S. and would like EmClaire Lane pieces shipped to you, we’d love to hear from you. Please send an email to support@emclairelane.com so we can explore international options in the future.

We're not offering local pickup just yet, but it's on our "coming soon" list as we grow!

Orders ship out within 2-3 business days (often sooner).

Orders over $100 will ship for free!

We get it that sometimes you click “checkout” and instantly realize you meant to grab a different size or color.

While we can’t guarantee edits once an order is placed (we start packing orders quickly to get them to you fast!), reach out to us as soon as possible at support@emclairelane.com and we’ll do our best to help before it ships.

After we ship your order, standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on the postal service.

Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you need your items sooner.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

You will get a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way to you.

Please double-check your information before checking out. If you notice an error, reach out right away. We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, though we can’t guarantee changes once it’s in process.

RETURNS

We want you to love what you ordered and totally get when things don't work out. If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

To start a return, please make sure your items meet our Return Conditions below. If all conditions are met, simply go through our Return Portal HERE.

  • If you purchased Return Coverage at checkout, your return shipping is on us 💌
  • If return coverage is not purchased, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For local customers, you can also choose the “Drop Return Off” option inside the portal (please note: this must still be processed through the portal before drop-off).

    ***IMPORTANT: Returns are delivered to our UPS mailbox, so please do not hand-deliver packages to the UPS Store directly. Packages must be mailed using the return label provided.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit in the form of a gift card within 5 business days. You will receive communication through email once this has been completed.

All returns must meet the following conditions.

Eligible Items Must Be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags still attached
  • Returned within your 30-day window

Not Eligible for Return (and why):

  • Clearance/final sale items → priced at their best for you, but always final.
  • Jewelry, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits → for hygiene reasons, these are yours to keep.
  • Gift cards → These never expire, so you can shop whenever you’re ready!
  • Items with stains, odors, deodorant marks, or visible wear → this protects you by ensuring every customer receives brand-new pieces.

We’re here to make sure you always feel confident shopping with us, so returns are simple, seamless, and stress-free.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your store credit in the form of a gift card within 5 business days. You will receive your unique gift card code via email.

We want to make sure returns are fair and simple for everyone. If an item arrives back to us that doesn’t meet our return conditions (like being worn, washed, missing tags, or past the 30 day return window), we’ll reach out to let you know. In that case, the item can be shipped back to you at your expense.

We know things happen, so if you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just send us a quick message before mailing it back, and we’ll clarify any questions you have.

Because our quantities are limited and items tend to go quickly, we aren't able to hold items for exchanges. But don't worry, once your return is processed, you can choose to receive a gift card that you can use toward your preferred item.

SIZING & FIT

All of our styles come from multiple trusted vendors and we do our best to work with brands that keep their sizing consistent so you can shop with confidence. Our typical sizing guidelines are:

Small: 2-4
Medium: 6-8
Large: 10-12
XL: 14-16

Please note: Each product page will give details about fit and fabric, with photos, a fit video and detailed description. Julia (our founder) does her best to describe the fit in detail and whether she recommends sizing up or down so you know exactly what you are ordering.

We currently primarily offer sizes S-XL and up to 3X in some styles. We will be expanding our size range often. We would love to hear what you would like to see more of!

Some of our most-loved styles do make a comeback! Click “Notify Me When Available” on the product page to get an email if your size returns. And if there’s a piece you’d love to see restocked, send us a quick message because we always take note of customer favorites!

GIFT CARDS & PROMOTIONS

Yes! Let’s be honest, finding the perfect gift is hard. You want something thoughtful, meaningful, and actually useful.

That’s where an EmClaire Lane Gift Card comes in!

Choose the amount, we’ll handle the rest! Gift cards are delivered instantly by email (with a printable option sent right to you if you want to wrap it up pretty).

Each gift card has a unique code that you will enter at checkout in the Discount Code or Gift Card box. The balance will automatically apply to your order total.

Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They never expire, so you can shop when the timing is right!

Only one discount code can be used per order, but gift cards can be combined with discount codes.
